This is a mobile role working across a wide variety of vehicles, customers and jobs, no two days are quite the same. You’ll carry out everything from general auto electrical repairs, accessory installations and fault finding through to advanced vehicle diagnostics and complex problem solving.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work with modern vehicle technology including OE-level diagnostics, vehicle programming and coding, as well as automotive air conditioning diagnosis and repair. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one, we’ll provide the equipment, training and support to help you develop your skills and take on more advanced work as you grow with Vantage.

Our customers range from everyday vehicle owners through to workshops, collision repairers and other automotive businesses that rely on Vantage for specialist technical support. You’ll be trusted to work independently, represent Vantage professionally and deliver the high standard of workmanship and customer service we’re known for.

You’ll need to be:

• Qualified Auto Electrician or Daignostic Level Technician

• Local to the Murwillumbah area

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability

• High standard of workmanship

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently

• Current Australian driver licence

Experience with modern diagnostics, or air conditioning is highly regarded, but we’re happy to invest in the right person who wants to learn.
